We had a GREAT time on board the Freedom of the Seas. The weather was good, the ports were delightful, shopping was good as always. They are building new shops in Cozumel which will be very nice when they are completed. They offer wheel chairs to go ashore in Labadee and Cozumel which was helpful for the long walk from the ship.
Thanks for all the amenities that you provided to us which made the trip memorable. We are told that the Freedom will be moving to Ft. Lauderdale next year and the Oasis will be sailing out of Port Canaveral. We tried to book a trip on the Oasis (even though it is way too big for us) but they are so heavily booked already that we could not get three balconies together in the area that we like. I was surprised since their first trip is a year away.

The decorations for Anne's cabin to celebrate her 90th birthday went overboard, the door and the walls were all decorated and the cake was great too. We took it to the dining room where the DR staff presented it and sang Happy Birthday. The wine in each of our rooms was delightful and of course, we enjoyed that a few nights with dinner in the dining room and with the cheese basket. WOW!

Know you are busy helping lots of people Love their cruise vacations. Just wanted to thank you for the Onboard Credit, the great recommendation and everything. It was FABULOUS! After that our SeaPass bill was $10. HA. I'm sure it was the lowest on the ship!
We loved the 8 days. We all felt it was perfect. We are never ready to get off after 7 and we weren't after 8 but we just loved the itinerary. The first 2 days at sea are windy and rough but the 4 ports were fabulous. Our favorite was St. Kitts and the ONLY thing that was hard was the very short time in San Juan so we just walked around downtown. But one day out of the sun and not at the beach was good too.
We LOVED having a balcony and probably won't ever not have one again. That really made it fun and the room is so much bigger. Our stateroom attendant was the best we had ever had. Made our trip so enjoyable. Interestingly enough our service in the dining room was super slow. We weren't really sure what the deal was. We ended up sitting in the same area by 3 tables of people who were on an alumni cruise from a Christian College in Chicago who were Southern Baptists like we are. So we met them and hung out with them a lot and they had some concerts and church services that we went to. That made the trip even more special. One of the guys was the lead singer from a group called Citizen Way and Natalee even got to sing with him. That just made it so great for us!! They are touring starting in February and coming to Omaha so we will get to see them again. So the time we spent waiting for our food was spent talking to all the people around us. We were in the right corner over by the window and our whole area was always the last to leave the dining room.
You were so right about the entertainment. The ice show was OVER THE TOP. Best ever and the shows were just incredible. By far the best ever. I would highly recommend to all of your clients that this is the best overall package of RCI. We still love the Allure and Oasis but the Independence of the Seas is sure right up there.

I just had to tell you what a great cruise we had. The staff was the best we have ever had on a cruise (35 cruises). The Head Waiter was at our table every night, not once, but several times as did other Head Waiters at breakfast and in the Horizon Court. The waiters and assistant waiters were the best. No request was to small. Anything we requested was delivered. The birthday cakes were the best we have ever had.
Thanks so much for all that you did for us. Getting the credit, military credit, Asti Spamanti, soft drinks, etc. were very appreciated by all of us. We like the ports as they were some we had not visited before (Antigua, St. Kitts, St. Lucia).
The only negative that we encountered was that there was no transportation (golf carts) to transport those who could not walk that far to the terminal in the ports. The only port that offered a shuttle was Nassau and there were three ships in which limited what they could do as there was only one shuttle.

I searched online for 2 days for the best price I could find for the Carnival Glory out of Port Canaveral. Many online booking sites had the same price so I figured I would call a few to make sure. The 1st couple I called the price did not include the Port fees and then they added extra service fees on top of the price. The 3rd Agency I called was the Concierge Travel; they had the price I saw online with no hidden charges. Then they told me my past passenger status gave me a free 4 category upgrade. I would have never found that on my own and now we are not only getting a great price but a free upgrade to the Empress Deck! I Just wanted to thank you for setting up our cruise. We had a great weekend. We really enjoyed the placing of the cabin just off of the action on the 4th deck. It was amazing how quiet the room was even though we were only the second room away from the music in the Centrum! We really enjoyed popping out for the band music just before going to dinner. By the way, we were already scheduled for a nice table for two. The weather was perfect and the quiet pace was just what we were looking for after a hectic two months of guests over the holidays. We really enjoyed the special cupcake treats waiting for us in the room! What a wonderful surprise! We took advantage of the Thermal Suite in the Spa area. It was a great price for the two of us and we used it every day (sometimes twice a day). The Jewel of the Sea is a very nice ship and we found it fairly easy to navigate. On a four day, we still couldn’t take advantage of everything, but the whole idea was to try and relax, which we accomplished. Thanks for your help and we will be talking to you again soon. Hope you had a great weekend yourself!

I have been using the Concierge Travel to book my cruises for years now and have to say thank you for your valued advice. I have been on a dozen cruises and have always taken ocean view cabins because I did not see the value in paying more for a balcony cabin. I read online about how it was not worth the extra money, that it was noisey and most of the time awake was spent outside of the cabin anyway. I have to say, you were 100% right in talking me into booking a balcony. It was very romantic having the ocean sounds, the views, and the calming, relaxing atmosphere that the balcony provided. There was privacy and no noise to mention. We enjoyed breakfast delivered to the cabin, on the balcony. We enjoyed cocktails at night on the balcony. It changed our vacation so much, that we will always book balcony cabins from now on. Thanks again for your wonderful advice, you have never let me down.
